Terms and conditions

1. The service

The Platform provides monitoring and management of websites and servers, content generation using artificial intelligence, publishing to social networks, statistics and reports. The available features depend on the chosen plan.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity in your account and in the workspaces you administer. We recommend two-factor authentication for all members.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Your content and generated content

Content you upload or generate remains yours. You grant us only the right to process it in order to provide the service (for example, publishing to your website or social networks).

AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing it before publication; the Platform provides approval tools and optional labelling of AI-generated content.

4. Acceptable use

• you will not use the Platform for content that is illegal, misleading, spam or that infringes the rights of others;
• you will not attempt to access other customers' data or circumvent technical limits;
• you will comply with the terms of the social networks and connected providers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).

5. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, via Stripe. AI usage above the included limit is billed based on consumption, at the prices shown in your account.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. In the event of non-payment, the account is gradually switched to read-only mode and then suspended.

6. Availability and support

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous operation and publish the current status on the Status page. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any one year is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, for content published after your approval or for decisions made by social networks and search engines.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After termination, data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

The law of the operator's country (—) applies. Consumers additionally benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
